In order to better serve you, and in the interest of protecting our members’ personal information, a computer conversion is taking place at OMEGA FCU. *To implement this conversion, OMEGA FCU offices will be closed Saturday 10/30 and Monday, 11/1. Also on these dates there will be NO shared service center availability. Our branches will open for business regular hours starting Tuesday, 11/2 and shared service center access will resume.
*Members who currently have their social security number as their account number will have a new account number issued effective November 1, 2010. These changes are being made for your protection.
*If you currently have ACH deposits or withdrawals scheduled on the 1st of each month, your transaction may be delayed the weekend of the conversion. ACH transactions will post November 2nd.
*Checks as well as debit and/ or ATM cards, if applicable, will be automatically reordered for you. If your account number is changing and you have a checking account, you will receive your checks and debit/ATM card (of applicable) the last week of October. If you do not receive them, please contact us at 412-369-3800. If your account number is NOT your social security number, no changes will be made to your account.
Currently Using Online Banking?
You will need to re-enroll after our computer conversion November 1st. Any recurring or future dated transactions for online banking will need to be set up after re-enrollment.
