Steps for using our Member’s Only Hotline:
1. Call 1-800-664-4968
2. Listen and Select from the menu options
- Press 1 for Account Balance
- Press 2 for Account History
- Press 3 to Transfer funds or Make a payment
- Press 4 to Make a Share or Loan Withdrawal
- Press 5 for Stop Payments
- Press 6 to Change your PIN
- Press 7 for Card Services
- Press 8 for Interest Rates
- Press 9 for Credit Union Information
3. Once a selection is made from the menu above enter your Member Number and your PIN Number. If you are unsure of your PIN number or need your PIN number reset please give us a call at 412-369-3800.
4. Select Account Type (Savings, Checking, Loan, or credit card).
5. Enter 4 Digit Account ID for the account that you are wishing to access (example for Main Savings account ID is 0001).
6. If you need assistance Press 0 to be transferred to Member Services
