Member Service Representative
The Member Service Representative handles daily teller operations, including opening and closing the terminal, managing cash, and accurately recording and balancing all transactions. They process deposits, withdrawals, and account-related requests across multiple account types. The role involves interviewing members to gather information, explaining financial products such as checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and loans, and actively promoting and cross‑selling credit union services to support member education and engagement.

Facilities Technician
The Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of building systems, equipment, and grounds. This role ensures a safe, functional, and efficient environment for employees, members and visitors by performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely corrective repairs.

Network Administrator
